Hey beauties, welcome back to our Thursday Q&A podcast. I am super excited for our topic today

which is how and why beauty and self-love are connected. So beauty is a really interesting

concept to me I've been exploring it for years it's in up until this point up until the

new bug it's been in the title for all my books and you

know we're bombarded by beauty all the day concepts around beauty it's in drugstores

full isles magazines just whole websites devoted to beauty.

And we've always taken the approach here in our community about building beauty from the

inside as well as the outside, so how eat but now more and more our work our focus is also including

self-love and connecting more to ourselves and it really does reflect in even our skin, in our hair, in all different aspects of our being.

We're to get into all of this. I'm so excited. We had amazing questions come in around this topic that I think are going to be so impactful and powerful.
