you. And as always, it's great to be here hanging out, spending some time together once

again. Authenticity is one of those buzzwords where people always talk about being authentic.

They talk about being transparent is another way that some people speak about this thing.

It's a really important part of ourselves is being authentic, being who we really are,

being also, as I said, some people call that transparent and we'll get into the difference

between those two things. I think a lot of people look at authenticity as sort of a one-way

street in some ways. They want to express the fullness of who they are as much as they can

and be as at ease in the moment as much as they can. And while that's true, and that's an important

part of authenticity, another part of it is that it strengthens connections. And I'm really

looking forward to getting into that with you in a moment. Before we dive into that, I just want

self-analysing around this many years back because I just noticed that in different social situations,

that different parts of me were coming forward. So if I was hanging out with a friend I've known for
