It's your job as a business owner, and that is what you are, to seek out the best opportunities

in your marketplace. You might be selling in a real estate market that still very much feels like the real

estate crash.

Homes aren't selling.

People are pessimistic.

It just feels like every day is a slog to work to even get any motivation because you're

surrounded by unmotivated brokers, unmotivated agents, unmotivated sellers.

Everyone's underwater, whatever, whatever, whatever.

If you're in a marketplace and you don't want to be there, move, leave.

Go to a different marketplace.

The nearest marketplace, the better marketplace might just be across town.
