Again, going to drill down on this. And yesterday, if you listen to the radio show, we had a

wonderful guest, Mr. Jonathan Smoke. He is Reilder.com's chief economist, and he and I are going

to start doing a radio show for you guys

once a month it sounds like to follow up on yesterday's because it went so well a lot of you guys

have great feedback for us on that radio show but what did he say if you didn't listen is he said

yes indeed tim you're right well he didn't say it like that but, but that's how my mind heard is anyway. But we

are indeed in the beginning stages of a seven to ten year real estate boom. And this absolutely

is going to be one of the best real estate cycles of all of our, you know, our entire lives

and our remaining real estate careers. So bottom line, guys, if you're not experiencing a real estate boom in your own business

at this point, and if you're still waiting for the other shoe to drop, if you're still

thinking there's going to be some kind of alien apocalypse that's headed our way, well, that's

probably the reason why you're not moving forward in your business and making more money

and finding the success that you deserve.
