Yes, sir. It would be my pleasure.

Jonathan Smoke is the first chief economist for Realtor.com, the official

site of the National Association of Realtors. Smoke is a 20-year veteran of the real estate

industry and has held a number of executive roles throughout the industry. Prior to working

for Realtor.com, he served in key executive roles for Hanley Wood and information and marketing

services company serving the residential, commercial design, and construction industries.

He's also an entrepreneur with business ownership and consulting experience and has a

master's in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
