| 1:50.3 | and then I started to clock certain things, you know, the perpetual daydreaming. |
| 1:54.8 | I am an insomnia. I don't really sleep that well. |
| 1:58.8 | And after that, speaking to one of my good friends and saying, well, what do you think? |
| 2:04.4 | Because I'm starting to think it might be me. |
| 2:07.0 | And they were like, nah, absolutely not jazz, because they had this stereotype in their head. |
| 2:13.5 | Research shows Jasmine is certainly not alone. |
| 2:17.2 | According to the ADHD Foundation, 50 to 75% of women with the condition in the UK could be unaware that they even have it. |
| 2:28.3 | Going without a diagnosis can impact somebody's education, relationships, mental and physical health. |
