They said to her, woman, why are you crying?

Because they've taken away my lord, she told them, and I don't know where they put him.

Having said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not know it was Jesus.

Woman, Jesus said to her, why are you crying? Who is it that you are seeking?

So I want to talk to you today about the resurrection and what we can learn from this little

passage. So what's been going on is Jesus has just been dead. So I think especially with

Friday's worship night, we tried to go for like a more

somber kind of feeling but we just couldn't contain the joy of the Lord I

think that's how Austin put it and why that I think that is why that's so

significant is because in the early church with the apostles they didn't really

have any idea that Sunday was coming like you and I know the resurrection is coming when we celebrate Good Friday,

but, like, Mary didn't know that.
