Why is it that so many Christians who think that they know the truth are so

hesitant, even fearful, to tell that truth to other people? We'll discuss that

Welcome to this edition of the Broadcast. I'm Jimmy Wallace and I'm J. Warner

Wallace. Now look, a lot of us understand what we know to be the Great

Commission as Christians, right? Must be an important to me. It's called the

Great Commission. And it is one of the last things that Jesus said to his

disciples. We know he spent 40 days after the resurrection with his disciples

according to Acts chapter one. But let's face it that last moment before he

leaves, he talks about the importance of making disciples. Interestingly, he

doesn't say just share the gospel. He says to make disciples teaching them

everything that I have taught you. Well, there's an interesting article recently

that talks about the connection between discipleship and evangelism. But

really in this episode, Jimmy, I want to talk more about why it is we seem to

be afraid to share the gospel anyway. I mean, I know that you and I have done

trips with students and student ministry where we're sharing the gospel and

sometimes some pretty awkward places that really need to hear the gospel.
