It is three minutes after ten and it's a morning, isn't it? It really is.

Hard to know where to start. I think we should probably begin with a brief roundup of the

cabinet of all the talents. It's a very sad state of affairs in Brexit, Britain, where not

having done very well in your last job is

no obstacle to getting promoted to a bigger job. You could call it the Gavin Williamson

effect. And it comes into effect when you have governments built on nonsense. This is government

like the one before it, and to a lesser extent the one before that, is built on the nonsense of Brexit

being a good idea. And anyone who dares to demur from that particular hymn sheet is

absolutely confined to the outer rings of Antarctica for the rest of their, or for their foreseeable

political career. So even people like Tom Tuganat now

entering cabinet with a sort of code of a murder, a code of silence. You cannot, it's like the war in Faulty Towers, isn't it?
