Strauss-Zellnick a mentor.

Every time I've sat down with him to have a conversation,

he's always been so insightful and so lucid and so clear in his advice and feedback to me.

He also happens to be what most people would think of as a fitness nut.

I think Strauss works out 13 or 14 times a week. He has all

sorts of different regiments. So on top of teaching activity classes at Voices 2017 in lean body

conditioning, I also asked him to speak about his life philosophy. How has he become so successful,

both in his personal life and his professional

life? Strauss's talk fell in part of our voices experience called Live Your Best Life, and he's

certainly one of the people I've met in my life who is living his life to the best. So here's

Strauss-Zelnick on being ageless, one's best self at any age.
