Let's talk about handling objections. When I first started out, I was so nervous about this.

I thought that I would get tripped up with any question that a property owner threw at me.

But after this training right here, you're going to feel powerful. You're going to be able to go out there.

And with no restrictions, with no anxiety, go and generate leads because you know you're going to be able to handle these objections.

So let's look at this. Number one is an objection is just an unanswered question in the mind of the property owner.

It's just they don't understand something. They're not trying to attack you. They're just trying to understand what is going on in the process.

They're nervous.

So our ability to answer those questions is absolutely paramount.

There's only a certain amount of objections that they're going to be able to throw at you.

And I'm going to show you how to overcome absolutely every one of them.

Next, we have to determine is this objection or is this a condition?

Objection is just a question in the mind.

A condition is something that's going to prevent them from actually selling.

A condition is they owe too much money on their property for it to make sense for it to be a deal.

A condition is they want to sell, but their spouse doesn't want to sell.

A condition is you're talking to somebody that thinks that they

inherited a property, but they didn't really inherit the property. So make sure that you really

understand, are they throwing conditions at you or objections? Just make sure that, one, they have the

ability to sell, that there's equity in the deal, and they're motivated and they've made the decision
