Yes, it is, James. That's the fellow. I get confused. I get

my Damien's mixed up. And now he's back. I appreciate resigning is embarrassing, but do you

really just have to sit still for six months and then come back and you are a sufficiently

important figure, possessed of sufficient gravitas,

that your association with the think tank's latest meandering,

suddenly constitutes national news?

Yeah, apparently it does.

And I guess we wouldn't be talking about it

if it didn't have his name attached.

So I'm guilty too.

Well, a cheerful start to the week.

Damien Green, the Tory MP and former minister, has suggested that tax rises should be introduced to fund a system that provides a standard of level of social care for all elderly people in England in the same way as the basic state pension.

And at first glance, it's rather hard to

fault the reasoning behind this. It's not particularly radical or revolutionary. We know,
