All right, Anna, welcome back to the show. I am so excited to have you here and even more excited to talk about a brilliant new story that you have written that is live on Who Up Where Today called the State of Style.

First of all, can you just give our listeners a little background on this like what is the story, what can people expect and where did you come up with this idea?

Yeah, well first, thank you so much for having me back on the podcast today. It's always really special to be here, but I'm very excited about this story.

It's something that I've been thinking about for a while now. And if you're an avid reader of Who Up Where you already know that trend reporting and trend forecasting is something that we do a lot.

So for this piece, I really wanted to zoom out and look at why certain things are trending over others and why certain items and silhouettes and styles are bubbling up again at this precise moment because trends always come from somewhere. And so this story is really just going to dive into the larger origins of where we're at in the state of style.
