for confirmation as the next U.S. Surgeon General. Now, I've spoken a lot about my personal

health transformation, and Casey was instrumental in kick-starting that journey. Her teachings

on the importance of blood sugar control

combined with the use of a continuous glucose monitor

helped me climb out of my pre-diabetic brain fog ditch

that I had rolled myself into.

So that event was just three years ago,

but it feels like a totally different era
