0:00.0 | Welcome on to Haldronkid trade season is upon us here, and we have much to discuss, |
0:06.9 | starting with just the universe of players that we think should be traded. |
0:11.1 | This is, will certainly include many that their teams are also looking to move, |
0:14.5 | but maybe also some players that we think teams should move that are not necessarily |
0:19.5 | players that their teams are looking to move. |
0:22.7 | But I think the place to start here, John, is just our overall feelings on what the market's |
0:28.1 | going to be like this year. |
0:29.1 | We talked about how things were retarded by the health and safety protocols and all of the |
0:35.8 | issues that teams have had trying to fill in players. |
0:39.6 | But now it seems like we hopefully have most of that in the rearview mirror now and we're |
0:43.7 | moving into trade season. |

1:29.1 | well, 12 and a half, depending on how you feel about Indiana, at least, that can make a plausible |
1:33.5 | case that, yeah, we have a good chance of finishing the top 10. |
1:36.9 | Yeah, I would say Indiana definitely has a plausible case there. |
1:40.5 | So, yeah, I think another thing that you can look at in addition is a lot of the contenders don't have that many assets. |
1:48.0 | If you're looking at Brooklyn, L.A., the Lakers, I should say, or other clippers for that matter, |
1:53.7 | though they're not really in win-out mode as much it would seem. |
1:56.8 | But the box, there are a lot of teams that are really out assets going forward where they've already made their move. |
2:02.7 | Denver has done that too, even though they're obviously a little limited with some of their injuries. |
