Today's 10 minute walk is helping you stay consistent with fitness.

It's early morning pre-sunrise. It is a cloudy morning.

The forecast today is pretty much clouds all day long.

Possibility as we get into the afternoon for some thunderstorms and rain.

I was hopeful when I left the house this morning that maybe the forecast was wrong.

We had, it was a week or two ago.

We were expecting several days of cloudy weather, and they ended up being mostly sunny days.

And I was not the least bit bothered that the meteorologists were wrong.

And I was kind of hoping that as I left the house this morning, that they were wrong, but as I'm looking around, I don't think so.

Forget the woman's name, but there was a picture of her daughter who was celebrating her 11th birthday,

and she actually mentioned her daughter's name, and again, I forget the daughter's name.

The mom said, she, her daughter, this is my why, and had the word why in all caps.
