| 0:12.0 | I'm walking on an old access road and there's a field that I'm standing right next to |
| 0:19.0 | and there's a stream that's maybe 10 yards away, and I'm thinking |
| 0:22.8 | that the frog is in there. It's also early in the morning. I tend to head out before sunrise, |
| 0:29.5 | so I don't really have a whole lot of light to see what's what, but I could hear the frog, |

| 1:12.9 | And so what I want to talk about is the importance of making a fitness promise instead of a fitness goal, the importance of building a fitness chain, and how that can help |

| 1:31.9 | is getting into the daily consistent habit of doing exercise and in this case we're talking |
| 1:40.2 | about walking walking for fitness walking for exercise. Oftentimes, what is that initial |
| 1:49.6 | motivation, that initial fuel to get started is the goal that we set, the reason that we want to |
| 1:56.7 | pursue exercise. And for many people, that goal is centered around weight, how we look. |
| 2:08.9 | Maybe it's, now you can hear the frogs? It's centered around how we look, how we feel. |
