So to kind of set the stage here I want to give you a little bit of a backstory.

In my global personal development community, it's called the collective, we have all sorts of opportunities

that you can jump on, a little breakout video calls, and connect with other women,

whether that's through bringing in guest speakers or

different opportunities to connect sub-communies, whether it's bloggers or

or podcasters, teachers, nurses, whatever. And one of the things that we've done

that you're welcome to join as a collective member are these virtual happy hours on Fridays where women in the community jump on a zoom line we share our wins for the week we celebrate each other cheers, it's a cool way to get to connect with other growth-minded women from all across the globe.

But it's also really fun to get in this practice of celebrating yourself and others, and you leave just feeling super
