Well with Mayor Adams cutting city services right now, you probably know that's

happening, and Adams and Governor Hokle afraid to raise taxes on the wealthiest among us

because they might leave, this debate really matters. Here are some of the basics

and then we'll talk to two guests from the Fiscal Policy Institute
