| 0:17.9 | Yeah, it's funny. The headlines are all like BlackRock and, you know, all these |
| 0:22.5 | big, big companies are buying up the single family. But what we have here is kind of surprising, |
| 0:27.8 | right? Yeah. So basically, if we break down, you know, who's actually buying homes right now, |
| 0:32.4 | who can afford to buy homes right now, you're looking at baby boomers buying 42% of the homes, which I don't think is |
| 0:39.2 | really surprising anybody. You have Gen X at 24% of the homes, millennials at 29% of the homes, |
| 0:48.6 | and 5% and under of the homes are bought with people that are younger than 34 or older than 78. |
| 0:56.3 | That's a big difference. |
| 0:57.6 | It's a big job. |
| 0:58.5 | Yeah, but less than 5% are institutions, right? |
