Today we're going to discuss Pal QT and why this isn't 2007.

Yeah, so I went through 2007 and this is nothing like it, not even close.

So in 2007 there were all these things that were going on before. And mostly, the big issue then

was home prices, right? Home prices dropped significantly. So 2008 they dropped. Or 2007, 2008. They

started 2007. You're right. But eight, nine, ten, it just kept going, right? And so what really, the big difference between then and now are home prices.

And so right now people have a lot of equity, like trillions of dollars of equity.

I think last time I looked, it was well over a trillion dollars of sitting equity in their homes.

Whereas back then, it was, they called it mailbox money,
