In fact, I look forward to bringing you conversations every single day that hopefully inspire you in your faith walk,

the deep in your understanding of God's Word, and that heightens your awareness of his very real presence in your life.

Well, if you listen often enough, you know that we talk a lot about our thought processes,

our belief structures, inner healing, just because truly, when we don't address those things,

we can know scripture inside and out, but if we don't apply it and integrate it in our lives, we still

are living captive. We're not free. And it really does impact the way we show up in life,

the way we view God, the way we view others. So this is of utmost importance to take a look

at what we're thinking about. So let me ask you again, have you paid attention lately to what you're

paying attention to? I'd love for you to just ponder and consider because we're all

prone to wander. We all are prone to drift towards the negative. So what's getting most of

your attention these days? Where do you find your gaze falling and your thoughts repeating? Do you

find yourself rehearsing and meditating on the goodness of God and how faithful he's been? Because you have to

apply yourself to that. We don't default to that place. We have to really lift our gaze,

remind our hearts. God's been good and he's going to be good again. Or maybe you find

yourself rehearsing thoughts that make you angry. You're rehearsing offenses in ways people have

hurt you. Maybe you're rehearsing thoughts of hopelessness that you can't imagine how any of this

will ever work out. There's no shame. There's no condemnation. But it's invitation. It's information.

In a moment, Louis Giglio will join me to talk again about his book. Don't give the enemy a seat at your

table. It's time the win, the battle of your mind. We've had him on before, and there's so much in this
