The race is on, and with the second Formula One test in Bahrain taking place later this week,

we're looking ahead to the crucial final three days of running ahead of the start of the season.

And with Nikita Mazepin and Earl Carle, out of F1, we ask what next for Hass?

I'm Ed Storr and joining me to offer their insight and expertise are Mark Hughes and Gary Anderson.

Gary, how are you enjoying this brief pause between tests?

It was a pretty frenzied month, February, wasn't it, with car launches and three days in Barcelona?

Yeah, it was.

It was good to see the cars all up and running in Barcelona though.

So, you know, I think we'll be seeing lots of progress or lots of developments in Bahrain

because, you know, there is a whole new set of regulations.

So, you know, we like to see the new cars and see the different ideas.

But, you know, that's what the teams look cars and see the different ideas, but, you know, that's

So there's a lot of different, a lot of different stuff, I suppose, has gone back to the technical

director's desk about suggestions and ideas and theories and thoughts.

And I'm sure quite a lot of that will be filtered down into seeing if it will work with their

own designs and see how they can adapt stuff.

So we might have a bit of a clue in Bahrain at the test because, you know, they're not coming back

to after the first race. So in reality, the Barian test is the important test. The Barcelona
