unemployment, all of these well-intended social programs to help people in their times of need.

During COVID, people got paychecks for not going to work.

But at a certain point, once that toothpaste is out of the tube, how do you put it back in?

How do you say to people,

you know what? We've got a huge deficit. We've got a national debt that is out of control.

And we really need to start cutting back on some of these programs so we, you know, don't lose our country.

How do you put those things back in the tube? How do you turn the battleship around, as it were? Well, we're going to talk to E.J. Antony with the Heritage

Foundation and the Committee to Unleash Prosperity about a study that may surprise you about how many

people are able to get away with working a handful of months every year

and living off the government dole the rest of the year.

And what does that mean?

That means that if you are working and paying your taxes,

you're also paying for these people to not work.

That should make you kind of angry.

That should stick in your craw, as they like to say.
