This gets rather labrined fine, and when you start to read all the accounts, it's one of those cases of, one of those cases

of, you know, reference overload.

Somewhere you've got to take a stand.

Somewhere there must be aligned through all this that one can support.

And then there's also kind of like a humorous element to this.

You know, and of course, only time can allow us to talk about some kind of levity when it comes to the assassination of a chief executive.

Or the assassination of anyone.

I mean, we watch these movies about the mafia,

Goodfellas and all that, and we kind of snicker along.

But people, I mean, they kill people.

You know, that's the end of someone's life.

It's a hell of a thing, you know, you take all that one owns. That's it. Everything

that one has, you took it. Still in this situation, as it relates to the kidnapping plots,

no one got hurt thus far. No one got hurt. And because of that, I feel a little bit more

at ease, kind of like looking at some of this stuff, yeah, in a light

manner.

Now, Booth originally was giving control over the kidnap plot desired by the businessmen,

the ones that were behind the beef slash pork for cotton deal.

And as we've talked about in segments gone by, eventually the booth was relieved of the businessman's plot,

as was explained in a letter by Barnes to Watson.
