Welcoming to the show, the man who's always here, Detective Phil Waters, F-I-L-Waters, retired Houston homicide detective. You know Phil's story.

Guys got one of the highest clearance rates in the history of the world, highest criminal

confession rates in the history of the world. And now he's the owner of Kindred Spirits'

investigations, where he is, he hides in an office Monday to Friday, which is what I like to do too.

But he's making money while he's doing it, which is important.

Next up, Bill P.H.I.L. Ramos, legend. It's a three-time officer of the year in Las Vegas,

Nevada. You may have heard of it. There's some casinos there. This guy infiltrated the Cuban

mob carrying a million dollars in cash through one of the casinos. He was also a homicide

detective, I believe, for 15 years.

I don't have the official bio in front of me.

And not unlike F-I-L, P-H-I-L is into Harleys.
