Good. I have big news which you already, but I'm going to share with everyone.

We got the Lott in Idaho! Yay!

All right, so you guys don't really know this, but we had gone we know Parliament, but we've gone to Idaho and we saw two different lots and

There was the first lot in the second lot and we ended up buying the first light and as it turned out

which my instinct was by the way it was like a money pit there were so many problems

with this lot and it was just there was height restrictions and it was it was just a

disaster so we had to cancel the sale and

then it looked like we weren't going to get anything but then the original lot

that I really wanted we got yeah I'm so excited. How do you feel about Idaho? Do you think I'm insane?

I mean, I always think you're a little insane, but sometimes it works out. Sometimes it doesn't.

When does it not work out?

My insanity.
