Hi everyone, welcome to Add Home with Sally. I'm Sally Clarkson and I have the biggest

privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every

week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement. And I am just so glad

that you're here today. Thanks so much for joining me.

Hello my friends, this is Sally Clarkson. I'm so glad you joined me today on Add Home

with Sally. And I pray that this will be a place where many of us can join together

and encourage one another and love the Lord. And so I'm just so glad you joined me today.

I have to admit that the past couple of weeks kind of almost did me in it threw me for

a loop. And I think that part of the reason, and I'll just tell you a little bit about

where I'm coming from in the whole area of loving people and supporting people and supporting

people and causes. I'm kind of obviously at 67. I am older and I'm just an old fashioned

traditional Christian. What do I mean by that? I, when I became a believer and it was when

I was 21, so I guess it was 46 years ago, which is a long time. But I was so very grateful

for knowing Christ and understanding that he had compassion and mercy for me and that

he forgave me from everything I had done to disappoint him. And so I was, I was immediately

thrust into a Bible study where I started a studying scripture. And my leader said,

Sally, if you can ponder the heart of Christ, if you can read his stories, if you can read

all of scripture and say, God, in what, what do you have in this for me? What truth would

you teach to me? What do you want me to know? How do you want me to serve you? And so that

was my underpinnings. That was my beginning. And so I would just study scripture. And now

I know many of you have said, how would you, how would you teach your children? And so

today I'm going to be going through a couple of passages in the very way that I would teach
