that could determine the future of legislative redistricting and movements to reform the redistricting process.

You know that there's a strong debate in this country about whether or not the way we draw legislative

lines has increased polarization and Arizona moved by those arguments in 2000

passed Proposition 106 which took congressional redistricting authority which had been previously vested in the Arizona State Legislature,
