Here we are again. I feel like these weeks are just flying by.

We are deep into September now, which means we are full on embracing fall season. I spent some time today just really contemplating the months that we have ahead. It is a huge transition to go from the sunny, warm days of summer and during fall. And yes, it can be cozy and beautiful.

It also means the days are getting darker. It's going to get rainier. The weather's going to change

and get colder. And some of us, many of us, me included, feel a little bit ambivalent about

that. I feel like I'm grieving summer and I want to get my excitement up for fall. So what I want to do

this week is spend a bit of time getting organized around what we are excited around for the fall

season. Tuning into what our needs are right now

and how we can meet them for ourselves so that we can enter this season, feeling really happy

about what's ahead. And maybe that means rearranging some things in our lives. It might

mean rearranging some things around our house or around our self-care routines or getting

some things out of the way. Essentially, this week is the week we say goodbye to summer. It pains me to say it,
