you understand. If you are just tuning in, you miss Nick Ferrari interviewing Boris Johnson,

the man currently, or he certainly was before that interview,

most likely to be the next Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

And what a fascinating encounter it was, so much so, that I very happily instructed Jokes the engineer to whisper in Nix here that he must take as much time out of my show as he reasonably can.

And he did.

I will, however, if you could let management know, be invoicing for the full amount of today's

presenting duties.

Ten minutes after ten, speaking of presenting duties, we will do what we always do on this programme

and throw the floor immediately.

All right, we don't usually do it immediately, but we will throw the floor to you.

You know what I think already, don't you?

You'd have to be made of butter to argue that that was anything other than the proverbial car crash,

but I don't think anybody's needle moves anymore, and I still don't understand why, you know.

The utter failure to explain, well, if you've got a bloke who essentially rose to fame

writing rubbish about Brussels in the Daily Telegraph, I absolutely failed to do anything of note while Mayor of London, anything positive of note, did a lot of negative things of note.

And then, of course, humiliated himself and his country during a brief tenure as Foreign Secretary.

And you're already on side.

You already like him.

Then I don't know whether any of that would change your mind.

I just don't.
