Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent.

This past weekend I was in the backyard doing a lot of weeding.

We do not have a big yard, but we have a number of garden beds,

flower beds that produce weeds.

And if we don't want simply a weed bed, I need to get out there and pull the weeds.

And so this past weekend was a weed pulling weekend.

And I was probably maybe two, three hours, weeding.

I was crunched down, pulling the weeds by hand.

And the next morning, I was shocked.

It's like, I feel good.

I expected to be really, really sore

and was feeling pretty good about myself.

It's like, maybe I'm, maybe, maybe I'm more fit than I gave myself credit for.

As the day went on, my butt started to hurt.

After a while, I put two and two together, it's like, oh.

Oh. This is the impact from two, three hours of pulling weeds. And that lasted for a few days,
