0:01.0

welcome back to practicing human, the podcast where every day we're getting a little better at life.

0:06.8

I'm your host, Corey Muscara, and in today's episode we're going to talk about who you are really.

0:15.0

More to come on that in a moment.

0:17.0

First, let's settle in together with the sound of the bells. I'm going to Okay, who are you really?

0:43.0

1:48.8

unconfident one, or I'm the fearful one. So I want to start this conversation

1:55.0

by making space for that reality

1:59.3

that there are a lot of different aspects

2:02.0

to who we are and I think a part of the the journey of

2:08.3

personal growth and honoring the ever-evolving nature of ourselves and the complex nature of ourselves

2:16.5

requires making space for that and getting out of maybe this perspective of just some single entity that is there from birth to death.
