Among the many problems that they've had this week and obstacles, there's been a whistleblower,

which we've talked about in previous podcasts who released a trove of documents to the Wall Street

Journal. That whistleblower made herself public in a hearing of the Senate subcommittee of the

Commerce Committee and really unloaded on her former company. And what she had to say, I wouldn't

say was totally surprising, but added texture and evidence to what a lot of us have been talking

about and to put it succinctly, she said, Facebook harms children, it stokes division,

and it weakens our democracy. And she didn't just make these claims and pull them out of thin air,

she referenced documents in her own experience to say that Facebook had evidence that teenagers

who use Instagram that their mental health is significantly harmed by the use of Instagram.

And that Facebook knew that. And she also had a lot of evidence to talk about how Facebook's
