Yeah, and this one is called The Musician. That is their kind of flagship offering of their bourbon.

There is a lot of live music in Austin, so that makes sense.

There is a ton.

So this is actually made from 100% of Texas grown grains, so corn, rye, malted barley,

with a mashmill of 70% corn, 35% elbin, malted rye, and 5% of wildfire malted barley. It's aged for at least two years,

and of course new oak, 98.4 proof, and we'll have a retail price of $45. All right. Very

approachable. Two years I'm interested to see what this is like.

All right, so on the nose.

It's actually got a lot of pleasant aromas.

I mean, initially I get like a fruit cake, banana bread kind of thing going.

I mean, you'd fool me this is two years on the nose. Yeah. The

smells fantastic early. Really? I, all right. I'm almost getting kind of like a dryer sheet,

like a downy dryer sheet, but... No, you're not. Maybe not. Yeah. I think you're smelling your

shirt. It is fresh out of the dryer. All right. so let's go ahead and get a sip here.
