0:48.2	Oh, yeah, I love Parker's. Well, most of time. Most of the time. They had some few years where maybe not so much, but they've redeemed themselves
0:56.4	in the past few years.
0:57.2	So we'll see what this one has in store.
0:59.2	So this is the 16th edition of Parker's Heritage Collection.
1:02.8	And this edition consists of a, and this, by Kentucky Strait Bourbon Whiskey that has been double-barreled for four weeks
1:12.0	and then blended post-aging with 33% of a 15-year-old Kentucky Strait bourbon.
1:18.6	The 13-year-old bourbon were from barrels produced in 2008 and were aged on the fifth and seventh floors of Rickhouse Q and then re-barreled into new American white oak barrels
1:28.5	with level three char for four weeks. Then it was later blended with 15-year-old bourbon
1:33.3	from barrels produced in January 2007, aged on the second and fifth floors of Rick House 2.
1:39.3	Or maybe it was supposed to be X. I can't remember what it was. Notes kind of got messed up there.
1:42.3	But anyway, the Mashbill is their traditional one, which is 78, 10, 12. It's bottled at barrel proof, which is 132. And has a
1:50.7	suggested retail price of $175. But as of course with all Parker's heritage, a donation and
1:57.4	they continue to support the ALS Foundation as a continued tribute to Parker.
2:03.7	Yeah, this is great calls and Parker is one of the best and usually the whiskey lives up to it.
