Northern Kentucky area with NewRiff, which I think we've been a lot of fans of their stuff for quite some time.

varietals that they had recently come out with. And this is New Riff Yellow Leaming. And this is, again,

an heirloom varietal. It's a derivative of a Native American corn dating back to 1824. It was

sourced and grown for New Rift by Charles Fogg. He's a farming partner in Greensburg, Indiana.

And Rift says the heirloom, leman corn led to a classic high rye bourbon that has exceptional depth and balance.
