On this whiskey quickie, we are featuring Jeptha Creed.

This is a four grain whiskey coming out around Shelby County.

It's around 49% and it is aged at least two years.

So let's see what the nose is like.

Smell all four of those grains.

It's very grainy.

Very grainy.

Yeah. Maybe a little alcohol

Not much depth there either all right taste a lot of grains kind of charcoal and smoky

Hints of vanilla caramel but very subtle it's it's underneath and it's i think you get that more towards

the finish yeah rather than anything so it's really in that back palette so let's go ahead and

we'll rate this so on the nose thumbs down taste thumbs down and the finish thumbs down

but it has promise i think that's the good thing is it has promise a little vanilla caramel notes and so it's young it has promise. I think that's the good thing. It does. It has promise.
