Hey, everyone, we're back again with Jack Daniels' tenure. Now, this is a little special.

Ten year. Yeah. Goose lied to us. He said everything there was like six years, four to six years.

Four to six years. We don't have anything left. Yeah. Goose, we had you. I don't know if we

have that one on record, but I remember he did tell us that they just basically rotate.

They don't keep anything in stock.

But yeah, well, consider us fooled.

So what makes this one special is that this is the first 10-year age-dated whiskey that has come from Jack Daniels in a century.

So more than 100 years.

Around 2015, they started to look at their inventory and started to hold back barrels. And the thing that I learned from Chris Fletcher, who's their master distiller, is that these were all stored on the top floors of the warehouses for the first release.

And they were very much on profile with all their single barrel offerings and at year 8 that

they were then moved down from the top floors and then there's going to be different variations

of this going forward with lots of different barrels scattered across a bunch of different warehouses so

these will change over every subsequent year now for this particular release there is a little over 200 barrels that went in the batch,

so a particularly small yield for Jack Daniels.
