0:51.1	And this is Heaven Hills Heritage Collection 2025 release, which is a 19-year-old.

0:59.1	Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey.
1:00.9	So each spring, this is an annual release, highly limited, and it's going to feature some of the oldest aging inventory that is actually sitting at Heaven Hill.
1:09.1	And so this 2025 edition features their wheat
1:11.7	whiskey mashbill, which is comprised of 51% wheat, 37% corn, 12% multed barley, and is bottled at 100
1:18.5	proof. With an age statement of 19 years, this release is made up of 277 barrels. They were produced
1:24.6	in August and September 2005, aged on the fifth and six floors of
1:28.5	Rick House Y. And to date, this is the oldest wheat whiskey ever released by Heaven Hill. Again, 100
1:35.4	proof. S.R. Ever. Ever. Never. Not even just Heaven Hill. I'm not familiar with the wheat whiskey
1:41.3	that. Oh, like besides them? I can't think of anybody was making wheat whiskey
