And today we're taking a look at Angels Envy's first ever cask strength rye.

Now, for me, we've always had the cash strength bourbon.

They've done that 12 years now in a row.

The cat strength rise have always been a little polarizing for me because it's always the rum finished version of it.

But apparently, this is not the rum finished version.

I was looking at saw turns, whichterns and toasted oak barrels. So

Salt Turns, uh, Bartsdown did one, I think it's called the Doisy Daisy, which I love that one.

So saw turns is like this white wine. Um, so obviously it's probably going to add some nice

vibrance and fruit notes to it. Um, whereas the rum, I don't know, the rum finished to me was always like overly, like, sweet or something.
