Hi, I'm Dave. I've been walking for fitness since 2013,

averaging just about 21,000 steps a day.

Not my goal, but actually more a reflection of how much I love walking.

That's what I'm doing right now,

and inviting you to join me for the next 10 minutes or so.

All right, a couple of things going on at the

moment. You can hear the wind. I'm actually walking a little bit later than I usually do

because my earlier walk, when I recorded the podcast, as you can tell, it's windy, and listening back to it,

there were actually some places where the wind was so strong you couldn't even hear me.

And it's like, nah, that's just not going to fly.

So let's go out for another walk, which is always a good thing, and try this again.

And at the moment, the wind that I'm hearing feels like it's

tolerable, but if it gets really strong, I may pause for a moment, let the wind die down, and then resume.

So here's what I wanted to talk about. There's another gust.

The temperature, by the way, is not bad.

It's a little cooler than it was yesterday.

And I'm like, I'm, well, now I'm going to start complaining.
