Can you hear it?

I don't know if it's loud enough.

It's this low hum of, I think, bugs.

Just a moment ago I heard a tree frog.

And the birds are a little quiet this morning.

This is a podcast of action and today observation because keeping that fitness promise we made to ourselves is hard.

In other words, right now, you are choosing to do a hard thing.

Hi, I'm Dave. I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging

just about 21,000 steps a day. That's not my goal every day, but really it's a reflection of

just how much I love walking. And it's what I'm doing now and would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes or so.

So today, the weather is calm. The temperatures are mild. The wind is so far minimal. It's early in the morning, so there's not a whole lot of

traffic going by. And I'm getting ready to walk past a lake. Of course, now the wind decides to pick up,

so that's what you hear.

All right, can you hear the sounds here?

I'm not entirely sure.

I assume it's some sort of like duckbird thing.

Sorry, I am not Mr. Science.
