Pierre, which infrastructure projects have the best environmental impact?

This is a broad and difficult question, but taking a step step back the answer is in the whole

investment I guess in infrastructure can achieve effectively a change in the

real economy by reducing effectively CO2 emissions and other externalities such as

environmental pollution or bio dioxide loss so if we focus just at a high level on CO2 emissions,

to measure the net zero contribution,

an investor needs to assess the amount of CO2 emissions

and compare this to a scenario in which there is no energy transition.

So if it starts with the energy infrastructure sector,

effectively burning fossil fuels, coal, oil, natural gas accounts for 75% of total greenhouse emissions.

It's essential to shift our energy, as you say, CEDAW, to a low-carbon energy system.

If you look at the cheap technology available today to deploy at scale,

it is key that we consume less energy by rapidly scaling energy efficiency projects

and insulation of buildings, for instance.
