Hey Besties, today's episode is a little different... I am obsessed with morning meditations. It really does wonders for my brain and mental health throughout the day. I use meditation to set myself up for success across my four quadrants (mindset, soulset, heartset and health set)
I seriously think meditation and visualization is a secret weapon. It helps you create your future and become intentional about your actions. It's a habit that I've built to help me work towards being that dream version of myself. And a lot of people tell me they want to do meditation but don't know where to start or how to do. So I'm sharing this with you to use at any time or to start your meditation journey!Ā
