sale. And Julie, I was listening to Morning Wire this morning and Logan was talking about the fact

that new construction is making up because it's on your list. Sorry for stepping among your

points, sweetie. Because new construction is now making up close to 30% of all home sales. And that's

that's the same number that it was back in 2019. And historically,

that new construction has been almost half that number as far as the impact it's had on

resale or had had on home sales. And the reason that he was in what you and I've been talking about for three years, right?

But the reason he's saying that new construction is being so dominant in the marketplace

is because they're buying down interest rates, right?
