So tell us, first of all, I guess maybe the first question I want to get at is why is prayer such a hard topic for most believers to deal with?

But we just have a hard time facing up to that.

Yeah, I mean, I think there's a lot of reasons for it, but one clear one. to that

I think there's a lot of reasons for it, but one clear one I think is that I think most people kind of presuppose prayer should be easy.

And maybe we've met people who prayer just seems to come easy for them, right? These people who just they just seem to pray and you know for John and I we are very clear in the book that you know that that's not us.
