Today's Scripture:

Proverbs 16:4-5, 11, 20

Vs. 4-5 - The Lord has made everything for its purpose, even the wicked for the day of trouble. 5 Everyone who is arrogant in heart is an abomination to the Lord; be assured, he will not go unpunished.

Vs. 11 - A just balance and scales are the Lord's; all the weights in the bag are his work.

Vs. 20 - Whoever gives thought to the word will discover good, and blessed is he who trusts in the Lord.

0:07.3	ready to get your mind aligned with the truth of God. I want to ask you to do me a
0:11.4	favor today and go over to not a needyperson.org. I want you to take a look at the
0:17.9	work the Lord has been doing there through a team that my wife is leading to
0:23.0	help members of the Church of God meet the needs of members of the Church of
0:28.2	God. It's patterned after Acts chapter 4 where there was not a needy person
0:32.4	among them because they were generously giving to help others who were in need.
0:36.6	Over there right now we have a young mother of three who is in a difficult
0:41.7	situation struggling to pay regular bills and has no support from her husband.
0:46.0	We have a husband and father in Nigeria who has lost his job and has been
0:50.2	struggling to make ends meet. We have a woman with two boys who's needing help to
0:55.0	pay awesome debilitating debt and we have a young man whose mother recently passed
0:59.4	away and his brother also committed suicide right in the same season and he's
1:04.3	having a hard time trusting God with his finances and really could use some
1:08.8	encouragement from you and from me. So go over to not a needy person and see if
1:14.2	the Lord would have you help with any of those needs. Okay friends let's get
1:19.5	into our study for today. We are looking at the book of Proverbs chapter 16
1:23.3	verses 4 through 5 verse 11 and verse 20 these all have a similar theme and I
1:29.2	want to ask you as we begin where is your allegiance. Stop for a moment let
1:36.0	that question settle in your heart. In life not just in terms of your society or
1:43.4	your nation or your family but in life overall where is your allegiance? Is it
1:51.6	to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords Jesus Christ who has redeemed you or is
