We are all about finding our inner voice and clearing the air here this week on the show.

And when it comes to clear the air, something that we often have to

tune into that takes time and practice is our boundaries. Our boundaries is not just the things that

we allow in our lives, the things that feel right, the things that feel wrong. But it's truly our

ability to find and connect with our most sacred and assertive know. And to be able to really clear

the air, we have to tune into what feels like a no in our lives. Or if you don't know what or where or with whom you need to clear the air,

finding where you feel like you're not able to say no is going to bring you right to the heart

of that matter. If something feels a little bit off in one of your relationships, I bet you

there is a no you haven't felt empowered to actually vocalize.

What is a no that you haven't said out loud? Take a moment just as you are

want to say no to. And I'm not just talking about that casual, like, no thanks. That's not for me, but that big

full body know, that line you want to draw on the sand, that thing that you disagree with,

the thing that you don't want. And this could be a person that you actually just don't want in

your life. It could be a person that brings something into

your life that you don't want. It could be someone bringing other people's drama, someone

bringing a lot of things that don't feel like they align with you, someone bringing negativity,

bringing hatred, bringing judgment. It could be something along the lines of that or it could be an actual

situation that's unfolding in your life. Maybe something that you actually can't even control,

but you feel this full body no to this thing. You just don't want it in your life. There could be
