Well, hello there. It's Morgan here and welcome to today's episode. And at the time I'm recording this

episode, the placeholder title is simply the word overthinking. And I felt like it was an appropriate

title because I actually thought quite a bit about the title of today's episode. Because I've been doing

these episodes where the title is a's episode because I've been doing these episodes where the title

is a question and I wanted to talk more about overthinking. It was actually the first thing

that I talked about when I brought this season of the podcast back. However, as I got ready to

think about what this episode was going to be, I couldn't find a question to make

the episode title, which is how I've been doing the latest episodes. And I begin to wonder,

maybe perhaps I should consider taking away the episode titles that have questions, and I can

just revert back to having an episode title that is

whatever tied to that episode. And I went around and around and around just overthinking,

overthinking the episode title until I got to the point where I realized, okay, I'm doing

the overthinking. And I just want to

make the episode title call just that because that's what it is. And I want to talk about it.

So I want to talk about overthinking, but perhaps not in a traditional sense. It's something that I started saying

kind of humorously or an attempt at humor, but I've actually started to realize, wait a second,

I think that there's something more. So I've been talking about how I feel like when I'm

overthinking, I'm just thinking above the thought. So it's like

there's thinking and then there's the thoughts that are happening over the thinking. And I've been

saying that just as a joke in the sense that, oh, I overthink everything. And I'm like,

oh, maybe it's not that bad. I'm just thinking over the thoughts. But the longer that I've spent with that, the more that I've started to recognize, I'm like, oh, maybe it's not that bad. I'm just thinking over the thoughts.
